BWCA Training Courses

The British Water Cooler Association requires the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene by its Members.  Training is a mainstay of membership and an integral part of the Association annual audits.

On 18th September Dr Terrie Child from Food Hygiene Technologies will be guiding delegates through the BWCA Plant Operators Course.  The objective of this course is to define the standards expected in the performance of production and bottling operations.  It is wide ranging and encompasses all of the essential operations and practices required both by the regulations and best manufacturing practices.

On 23rd September Ken Driver of FoodTechnologists.com has a full house of delegates learning Food Safety & HACCP for Distribution Depot Managers & Supervisors.  This one day course, with a pre-course element, covers best practice and basic principles of food safety management systems & legislation and how to prepare for the BWCA distributor audit.

Both the above courses are mandatory for BWCA Membership.  Further information on BWCA training.
